If you plan to use emojis to replace text then it is important to ensure that your choice of emojis connect with your target audience in the same way your written message would. Do not deviate from your brand message.

One issue with using emojis is that they can be interpreted differently depending on the audience. Do not use emojis that do not have a clear universal meaning. Emojis need to connect with your target audience and it is also important that they are easily understood by potential clients/customers.
